Work Map

In the section Work Map of the OpenExpo2015.it portal you can visualize all Expo 2015 georeferenced works in a browsable map. Each blue marker on the map corresponds to a worksite, a simple click reveals:

• The CIG code, an acronym for Identification Bidding Code, that is the code adopted in Italy to identify the references of a tender.
• The successful tenderer
• The start date or date of work delivery
• The overall contracted amount of the public contract
• The work progress

The map is realized with OpenStreetMap, an open initiative aiming at creating and delivering geographical data for free to anyone who may require it. The OpenStreetMap community boasts hundreds of thousands of users registered all over the world who nurture the website maps.
