Privacy

As provided by the aforementioned law provisions, the processing of personal data acquired by the “Open Expo” website will be set up according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of users’ confidentiality and rights.

In compliance with art. 13 of legislative decree N° 196 of 30 June 2003, the following information is delivered:

Purpose and methods for data processing

IT systems and software procedures used to operate this type of website acquire, during the normal course of operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

It concerns information that is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but that by its own very nature, through the processing and association with data held by third parties, could allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the website, URL addresses (Uniform Resource Locator) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters related to the operating system and the users.

This data is used by FormezPA only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the website and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing.

Furthermore, upon request of the competent judicial authority and according to the guarantees provided by law, the data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against Open Expo.

The data collected cannot be subject to dissemination.

In accordance with the regulations in force, the website managers are entitled to utilize the collected data (by aggregating and rendering data anonymous) for statistical, study and research purposes.

Data subjects’ rights

Data subjects will be able to exercise any and all other rights foreseen by art. 7 f legislative decree N° 196 of 30 June 2003, reproduced hereunder in its entirety.
